Frequently Asked Questions
What does OAF stand for?
OAF stands for “Old as Fuck,” but we prefer to lead with what it represents: “Ageless Wisdom.” The name reclaims age as something to celebrate, not apologize for. It’s bold, honest, and unapologetic—just like the conversations we have.
Who is this podcast for?
The podcast is for anyone who values depth over noise—whether you’re 25 or 75. It’s for people who want to learn from those who’ve genuinely lived, are curious about what a well-examined life looks like, and believe wisdom is worth seeking at any age.
What topics do you cover?
Each episode is a genuine conversation—wide-ranging but purposeful. Topics include resilience and reinvention, relationships and loss, purpose and legacy, health and aging, career pivots, spirituality, creativity, and the quiet moments that teach us the most. No script. No PR-polished answers. Just real talk.
How often do new episodes come out?
New episodes are released regularly. Subscribe to our email newsletter or YouTube channel to be notified the moment a new episode drops—so you never miss a conversation.
Where can I listen to OAF?
You can watch and listen to our YouTube channel. We’re adding more platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and others) soon. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to know when we expand.
How do I subscribe to the email newsletter?
Head to the Subscribe section on the home page, enter your email, and you’re in. You’ll receive new episode notifications, reflections from the host, and occasional community updates. No spam—ever. Unsubscribe anytime.
Is OAF free to listen to?
Yes—all episodes are free. In the future, we plan to offer a membership with additional benefits (bonus content, early access, community forums, and more). For now, everything is open to everyone.
Can I suggest a guest or a topic?
Absolutely. We’d love to hear your ideas. Send us an email with the subject line “Guest Suggestion” or “Topic Idea.” We read every message.
Can I be a guest on the podcast?
We’re always looking for remarkable people who have genuinely lived. If you have a story worth telling—or know someone who does—reach out at wisdom@oldasfk.com. Tell us a little about who you are and what you’d want to talk about.
How can I support OAF?
The best things you can do: subscribe to YouTube, sign up for our newsletter, share episodes with people you care about, and tell a friend. Word of mouth is how podcasts like this grow. Sponsorship opportunities are available. Please contact us to explore how you can become a sponsor.
